Despite constant food delivery demands, TABLE (a hunger relief organization in Carrboro) will roll out family fun this summer – and the fun begins this week at an Efland farm!

TABLE will start with a Family Farm Day where families can come together to pick and plant produce, before moving onto their first virtual four-week “Wellness Detectives” series. These activities will provide excellent nutrition education to children, something typically offered in year-round after-school and summer camps.

Plus, with only restricted family activities this summer AND with parents trying to work at home while the kids run wild, we could all use help in steering our little ones in a positive direction.
